                            離子色譜儀抑制器的常見種類你都了解嗎?

                              抑制器是離子色譜儀的核心部件,它一般都采用膜結構和柱結構。膜結構的一般由PEEK等塑料部件、樹脂填料、樹脂膜組成,也有的會用到些純鈦等部件。柱結構,柱管及接頭等大多都是PEEK等耐腐蝕材料,填料大多都是抑制樹脂或抑制膠等。
                             
                              一、纖維抑制器
                             
                              這種抑制系統采用陽離子交換的中空纖維作為抑制器,外通硫酸作為再生液,可連續對淋洗液進行再生,這種抑制器的死體積比較大,抑制容量也不高。
                             
                              二、微膜抑制器
                             
                              這種抑制系統采用陽離子交換平板薄膜,中間通過淋洗液,而外兩側通硫酸再生液。這種抑制器的交換容量比較高,死體積很小,可進行梯度淋洗。
                             
                              三、樹脂填充抑制柱
                             
                              該抑制系統采用高交換容量的陽離子樹脂填充柱(陰離子抑制),通過硫酸,將樹脂轉化為氫型。它抑制容量不高,需要定期再生,而且死體積比較大,對弱酸根離子由于離子排斥的作用,往往無法準確定量。
                             
                              這類抑制器目前已經基本不用,但美國Alttech公司將這類抑制器加以改進,使填充柱需要再生時會變色,并采用電化學法再生,大大改進了傳統的方法,提高了抑制器的性能。
                             
                              陽離子抑制的情況與此正好相反,它采用高交換容量的陰離子樹脂作填充柱。
                             
                              四、電解抑制器
                             
                              這種抑制系統采用陽離子交換平板薄膜,通過電解產生的H?+,對淋洗液進行再生。采用填充柱抑制器,通過合適的電解進行再生,同樣具有方便、高效的功能;其的DSPlus型抑制器,在化學抑制和電化學再生的基礎上,再進行了二氧化碳的排除,可以有效降低背景電導值以實現不同碳酸鹽的梯度淋洗。
